1908

The story of The Pheasant Blue Collar Bar and Grill began over a century ago in 1908. As the dawn of the Prohibition era cast its intriguing shadow over our beloved community, The Pheasant quietly transformed into a hidden oasis of merriment – a hush-hush haven for the spirited residents of Hermiston to gather and savor their favorite libations behind closed doors. 1974

In 1974, a new chapter unfolded at The Pheasant. The torch of hospitality and camaraderie was passed to the loving hands of the Baker family, Jack and Beverly, who poured their heart and soul into crafting unforgettable memories for our cherished guests. 2005

The cherished legacy of The Pheasant saw a transition as Cherie Bumpaous took the reins from her parents in 2005.
